Just a quick note to thank you and your brother Dirk (hope I'm spelling his name correctly) for a great service
visit yesterday. I was able to 'take the bike out for a 30 min spin and it really felt great. I think that the "tune"
made quite a difference... very smooth acceleration and less valve clatter. I really liked the way he reviewed the check
list and computer print out of the diagnostics. Considering the fact that I have been in the service business for many moons,
I'm probably more sensitive to customer service then some, if not most, people. Good customer service will bring people (and
their check books) back. So, thanks again.

"I finally convinced my parents to let me purchase my first motorcycle this summer. I purchased a Victory Kingpin after test riding one and absolutely needing one of my own. Taking a lot of time to help me find just what I was looking for was much appreciated. After recieving the machine and doing a once over to make sure everything was OK, it was out to the streets. "All the people that work at Bak BMW are a great bunch of guys. They are very knowledgeable and professional at all times. I have nothing but good things to say about the dealership. This is my third BMW, and never have I had a problem unless it was on my part for not listening, or expecting everyone to drop everthing for me. That's somewhat hard to admit. I am a typical somewhat hard to please customer. I have found that once I shut my mouth and listened, it was not hard to get on the same page.
Keep up the great job you guys are doing, I appreciate it as well as I am sure others do.

"Dave, I picked up my 04 R1100S yesterday and when I walked into the shop, Adam was in back polishing up the bike, the new front tire was mounted as we had agreed. The bike is absolutly gorgious. Adam took the time to go over the bike with me, completely explaining every aspect of this form follows function machine. He was patient with my excitement, as I frequntly interupped him to ask a question or tell him about my previous RT or to discuss custom seats. He is a real professional with a understanding for the passion these machine bring out in people. Your shop began to fill up around 10 a.m. with other riders stopping in for coffee and to talk bikes. Adam and I spoke of maintenance and I realized I should get some oil and a filter to go, he also hooked me up with some nice gloves and a Bak BMW shirts for the whole family, mine was complimentary (thank you) and a couple of hats for my son and myself.
What a great shop lot's of inventory of bikes, accessories and motorcycle posters, it felt like a a real bike shop, not some fancy I gotta charge you more for this bike because I have this new building to pay for, glass and metal auto showroom.
Dave, you weren't the closest BMW store, but you're the best, you quickly responded to every email either with a phone call or an email, you know motorycles and you didn't get mad when I called your cell phone Christmas night (I'm still sorry about that, please tell your wife I apologize for being a little to enthusiastic) you are a true professional. I can't say enough good things about you, your shop, Adam or Ryan who was also very helpful and courtious. I look forward to more visits and hope to join you and your other customers for a ride sometime.
Whenever you're in my neck of the woods, let me know and I will buy you some coffee or beer, your choice or better yet come over to the house and I will do a cookout for you and your family.
